A Non-Profit Tribute to Saint Carlo Acutis
This portal is an evangelization, educational, and research initiative dedicated to freely preserving and disseminating to all nations the Exhibition conceived by Saint Carlo Acutis (1991–2006). All conception and authorship rights and credits belong to the Saint.
This portal is a work of love for the Catholic Church, of devotion to Saint Carlo Acutis, and of free service to the faithful, priests, catechists, and researchers worldwide. It contains no advertisements, sells no products, solicits no financial donations, and operates under the evangelical principle of total gratuity ("Freely you have received; freely give" — Mt 10:8).
All photographs, reports, and historical documents are reproduced exclusively for catechesis, research, and dissemination of faith, without commercial exploitation, in accordance with the original mission of Saint Carlo Acutis and the spirit of free diffusion of the Exhibition panels promoted by the Associazione Amici di Carlo Acutis.
We recognize the legitimate and primary role of the Associazione Amici di Carlo Acutis and the Diocese of Assisi regarding the memory and official dissemination of the Saint's works. The authors of this voluntary digital modernization initiative place this platform, its databases, and all developed code entirely at the disposal of the Association or competent ecclesiastical authorities, should it be in their interest or pastoral discernment to incorporate, host, or assume the institutional management of this portal.

The Historic Collection of Carlo Acutis & The 2000s Challenge
Between 2002 and 2005, an Italian boy devoted an immense amount of time in his life to a grand mission: researching, cataloging, and creating an international exhibition of 130 Eucharistic Miracles recognized by the Catholic Church across the centuries. That young man was Saint Carlo Acutis (1991–2006).
During the mining and migration of the original archive (www.miracolieucaristici.org), it was impossible not to be awestruck by the sheer magnitude of the work: hundreds of high-resolution panels, historical maps, multi-language materials, and hundreds of detailed pages produced by a young boy using early-2000s technology. A monumental endeavor of research, design, and catechesis that astounds by its dedication and depth.
The original website created at the time relied on 2006 web technology: static pages built with table-based layouts, legacy character encodings, fragmented files, and no support for mobile devices, smartphones, or interactive maps.
The Sacred Invariant: Modernize without altering a single doctrinal line or historical fact. Every date, medical report, theological preface, and holy relic image was strictly preserved.
Use of Agentic Artificial Intelligence
Agentic artificial intelligence was used as a support tool for the modernization process. Based on instructions, the agents developed custom tools to process gigabytes of media from the original site, apply design standards, among other tasks.
The entire process involved advanced prompt engineering and human revalidation, allowing continuous adjustments until achieving the expected modernization goals.

Spatial vision algorithms extracted text blocks, multi-column narratives, dates, and high-resolution relic photographs directly from the original 300 DPI PDFs created by Carlo Acutis.

3. Canonical 17-Language Translation
Multilingual engineering pipeline delivering over 2,200 miracle entries and hundreds of theological terms across 17 languages, including native RTL for Arabic and Urdu.
Cataloged, georeferenced, and structured with historical and medical reports.
Full native canonical translations with bidirectional RTL support for Arabic and Urdu.
2000s legacy web files, 300 DPI PDFs, biographical books, and historical manuscripts mined.

The website was developed using widely established web technologies with a simple, lightweight structure independent of external frameworks. This approach simplifies maintenance and ensures the project remains functional and easily updateable over the years.
